Credit Card Terms and Conditions
Credit Card -- Accepted from USA Customers Only.
- When accepting Credit Cards as payment, we use the services of either eBay Online
Payments by Billpoint (Information about Billpoint), or PayPal
(Information about PayPal).
These services are recommended by some of the major auction companies out there,
as well as hundreds of businesses around the globe.
- We no longer accept credit card payments by phone. We accept them through
highly secure servers which will allow your transaction to be automatically checked for
authenticity (billing address verification, etc.). This is done for your security as well
as ours (due to the nature of the items we sell). Your information is handled by secure
online servers through companies that handle thousands of transactions every day
and have strict privacy policies.
- Note: When signing up for PayPal, make sure the person signing up
is 18 or older. If your parent/guardian gave you permission to order, make sure the
cardholder is the one to sign up. With Billpoint, there is nothing for you to sign up for.
You simply click the link in the e-mail sent to you, enter your billing, shipping and credit
card information and then click pay.
- Note: We will not be able to ship packages to any country other than the United States,
or any address other than
which your credit card statement is mailed to. This means if you live in the US and want
your order shipped to Canada or Germany or any other country, we can not do this.
Also, we DO NOT accept your payment in advance of your confirmation (nor will
you be providing your credit card information on our website). Once we confirm your order,
we will then request your payment.
Here is how we fulfill Credit Card orders paid through PayPal:
1. We receive, pull and confirm your order.
2. In the confirmation e-mail we send, you'll find detailed information about the item(s) we
are holding for you. We also place a "Request for Payment" through PayPal. Around the same
time that our e-mail arrives, an e-mail from PayPal will arrive which has a link to the
Request for Payment at the PayPal secure website. You simply click this link and pay
for your purchase (takes approx. 1 minute after you join PayPal service).
3. We are notified by PayPal that you have paid us for the order, so we ship your package
as soon as possible and provide you with the tracking information.
4. You receive and enjoy your purchase (no further action is needed).
- PayPal is available for those in the United States.
Here is how we fulfill Credit Card orders paid through Billpoint:
1. We receive, pull and confirm your order.

will arrive which has a link to the Invoice at the Billpoint secure website. You simply click
this link, provide your billing, shipping and credit card information and pay (takes approx.
3 minutes and you do not need to join the Billpoint Service).
3. We are notified by Billpoint that you have paid us for the order, so we ship your package
as soon as possible and provide you with the tracking information.
4. You receive and enjoy your purchase (no further action is needed).
- Billpoint is available for those in the United States.
The entire procedure takes approx. 5 minutes to complete. An e-mail address is required
with any of these payment services. Many places like HotMail, for example, provide
e-mail addresses at no charge (if you do not already have one). This is useful for those
accessing our website through the Library or a friend's computer.
We hold your order until the next business day after invoicing you. PayPal or Billpoint must notify us that
payment has been made by the end of the next business day after you receive the Invoice.
If difficulties with PayPal or Billpoint
arise, notify us at once for help or alternative methods of payment. If a payment
is to be mailed, sending it directly to us will mean we are able to ship your order faster
and for less money.
FREE Shipping
You may be wondering, "What's all this about free shipping?" Well, as a service to you,
we have decided to ship orders totalling
$1000 or more for FREE! All you need is an order which totals $1000.00 or more (before
shipping) AND pay for your order by money order.
We mainly ship via the US Postal Service's Priority Mail Service! They estimate delivery
anywhere in the USA at just 2 to 7 days. Note that during the holidays delivery can be
longer. Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. We use Delivery Confirmation
which shows the date mailed & the date delivered. All website orders are shipped insured,
but for restricted delivered to a person and not to a mailbox or doorstep, we will
add $2.00 to your order for
this service, if requested. Our liability for delivery ends when tracking information shows the package
as delivered. If someone steals it from your mailbox or doorstep, we won't be able to
replace it.
FREE Shipping does not apply to orders paid for by Billpoint or
PayPal. We require orders paid for by Billpoint or PayPal to be Insured and Trackable.
This means you will need to
sign for the order when it arrives.
Refund Policy
Since we test and clean each item we sell, we do not give refunds. If you order and
receive an item that somehow does not function properly, it will be replaced with
another of the same exact item, or like item of equal value, if available, if the defective
item is returned to us postmarked no
later than 7 days after you have received it. There are no exceptions to this policy.
Please contact us for return authorization before returning the item.
In most cases, we can resolve the problem right over the phone! We want return business
and work hard to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase as best we can.
Once the 7 day period has expired, we will not be able to replace the item.
